I Hate Silkies - Proof They Are Evil - GRAPHIC PICS ADDED

Quote:
I have heard they are very broody and are good setters. My hen isn't even laying
so she isn't much proof of that. I can put her in with my 3 week old chicks and
she won't hurt them. My standard hens try to eat the chicks.

To be completely serious (only for a second) about them being mean,
they are sorta like lapdogs. They are moody but not aggressive. I
have really loved sitting with mine and just petting them. They are very
calm, soft, and furry. .....Getting to me.....Must resist.......

My silkies grew up with my standard hens, all 7 months old. They act different,
like they are better than the hens. They stick to themselves.

They will be fine with your kids. Standard roosters are the real threat.

Silkies don't harm the innocent. They have a covenant with higher powers that
only allow them to harm adult, and not so innocent people like me and you.
They will get under your skin like those bugs in the Mummy movies.

Just look in their eyes.... They will posess you....

You and I both know there are some silkie lovers just sitting on the fence
waiting to jump in on this thread. They must be bighting their tongues.

It may be too late for you but try and warn the masses.

YOU WILL BE REMEMBERED!!!

The hawk won't stand a chance against silkie laser vision.

...they are the ultimate hatch-a-holic breed of choice...
you have been warned...it is addicitve ... they control your life....
*rushing out to serve the troop their warm oatmeal mash*

this thread just cracked me up. I love my silkies. My little roo thinks he is a big as a giant cochin. He just started crowing and makes everyone laugh.

I'll heed your advice, oh wise purple one, and never gt any of those evil silkie chickens, haha!! I don't like the little ones anyone, give me the big ole fat chickens, lol!!

Good Scrambled. Stick with the big fat chickens. They are they are a powerful
force for goodness. (& big fat eggs)

Dlhunicorn and Ozark have obviously been pulled to the dark side by the evil
ones. The crow is one way they control us. It sounds intoxicating, like the call
of a Greek Siren ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Siren ). They enjoy being presented
with warm oatmeal, prepared by a human maiden. Oh Diane, if they got you
how will any of us resist them?

Miss Prissy and Scrambled keep up your vigiliance. If a few of us remain strong
then the battle is not lost.

I'm defiantly not a silkie fan!! My mom thinks everyone should have one because they are so "comical!"

We have two we would keep no matter what, Hank the Hen and Vicki the Roo ((don't ask))...

My mom is falling in love with our two blue silkies... and I'm working to get rid of them all! ((Or at least those nasty red ones!))

I don't think my mom (and sister) can understand how I can strongly dislike silkies... yet want NNs so bad?!

Edited for spelling...
