Yikes!! I'm so shaking in my boots here...I have eight little Silkies in my brooder and 10 out back just waiting to tear me to pieces!
Should I be just as worried about my "hybrid" Silkie?? Quite honestly I believe he is far more dangerous. Reasons being, he can fly unlike his puffball counterparts and the fact that his crest lays back which exposes more of his mind controlling comb. He was a mistake...but was he??
Here's my theory on Hiro (the Hybrid Silkie):
The Silkies, knowing that we have controlled their breeding in such a manner to keep them flightless and their mind controlling combs concealed with large extravagant puffs on their heads, have been secretly devising a way to take over the world.
Their chance came this past Spring when and unknowing human thought it would be cute to hatch out some adorable little puff balls.
The Silkies, seeing their opportunity, switched one of the Silkie eggs with their own biologically engineered egg. This egg, they knew, would hatch into a solider, a hero if you will, that would have the flight capabilities and more mind control powers then 10 Silkies combined.
Now with their solider in training, it is only a matter of time before they take over. They are organizing folks, be warned!
