I recently got 3 Pekin ducklings.I love them so much but I have been worrying about legally owning them. Is there some type of law for owning domestic ducks in Pennsylvania? Do I need a permit? Please help

Here in MA it's up to individual towns. The rules are all different. Your local dog officer might know, or point you in the right direction. Obviously don't call yourself in case you're afoul of the rules.

The township will know the rules.you have to call them.

If you live in the country there no problem, although some towns are allowing limited numbers of poultry.
