My Barred Rock Hen Harriet is about 14 wks old and I swear she sounds like she is trying to crow...I have never heard a hen make that noise before. All my other girls are quiet and make their soft sweet clucks when they're happy and also get a bit more vocal when they're upset but...Harriet actually sounds like she is trying to crow. She stretches her neck way up in the air and lets loose and while it doesn't quite sound like a rooster's crow it does sound more like a crow than anything else. She does this early in the morning and again in the evening. I swear she's a Hen but maybe I'm wrong. This is her below, the pictures are a few week old and I can get a newer one if that is more helpful. Any thoughts anyone?

I had a barred rock/ Cochin mix roo that looked exactly the same. Harriet is a Henry

You sure have a bunch of males. There are 4 cockerels and 2 pullets in the first picture. Two cockerels in the second. Pullet front, cockerel back in the third. Cockerel front, pullet back in the fourth, and a cockerel in the fifth. They all look like mixes.
