He looks like he could be an EE mix, though he doesn’t appear to have a beard so that doesn’t confirm that he’s the father (unless his beard was plucked by other chickens?). Do you have any bearded hens?

There maybe more then 1 form of Piebaldism in chickens, like other color mutations. Hopefully I come across this one in my birds, it's very unique.Impressive...
