People recover from illness faster when they have an opportunity to rest. Sick people aren't as productive and more prone to making mistakes. So if someone goes to work sick, they aren staying sick longer and less productive longer. How does not providing sick time make good business sense?

I had a friend who was the drama queen, I started to one up every story she had with something fabricated .... she finally stopped coming to me .
