Hello there and welcome to BYC!

If your chick does have coccidiosis, medicated starter will not take care of this. You will need to use amprolium or Corid in the water for 5 days. Do not feed medicated starter while they are on Corid. And if they have been vaccinated for cocci, do not use medicated starter as it can cancel out the vaccine.

Make sure the chick is drinking and eating. Don't assume she is. Watch her to see if she is. Dip her beak in the water, chopped up hard boiled eggs make great emergency food for chicks and they can live on them for several days during illness.

Good luck and keep us posted!

You said you just got them. Do the still have the yolk sac showing? If yes, they are living off the residual nutrients from the yolk for a couple days. Hatching out is a physical effort, they may just be resting and digesting the rest of the yolk.
If they are more than a couple days old, forget I said anything.

Wow all of you guys are so helpful thankl you so much I tried the egg it loved it and got it a lot more active

I think the two little ones would do much better in a separate brooder - the BIG chicks in with them may be knocking them around and wearing them out. Also maybe the feeder is too high a reach for the littles.
