We hatched all 3 of our crosses, 1 Serama, and have 3 silkies pipping as we speak. Expecting Seramas tomorrow. The best Christmas ever, Merry Christmas everyone!

Out of 7 dozen eggs I ended up with 18 silkies and 1 standard cochin. There were about a dozen eggs that showed development but the chicks never made it out. One of the white chicks has crook neck and probably won't survive either.

So far I have 2 chicks and 4 pips. I'm surprised any hatched. I'm doing staggard hatched because I only have 1 incubator and my hens are still laying. They are all small eggs so I'd rather hatch them than eat them. We keep the PR's to eat. I did put a couple of hers in for the heck of it.
