I too, have been following this thread and know how heroic you and your daughter have been. My sincere condolences. I'm certain that warmth and comfort that you gave her at the end of her life made her passing a little easier.

I'm so sorry. It's so lucky that she got to feel cared for and fed before she passed. I hope the people that did this to her don't have any more chickens.

So sorry. I'm glad she died in your arms and not in that nasty dirty cage. She knew love probably for the first time in her life. You did a fantastic job in fighting for her. It's hard to loose the fight, but she is not suffering any more.
