I love my little chicks!!

When I step out the door they run over to say Hi AND to see if I have any treats! When I get out of my car, they run over to check me out! When I walk around the yard they follow me, like I'm the mama hen!! I love listening to the sounds they make as they peck and scratch and walk around, they really, really make me smile A LOT! I am so happy that I finally got some chickens!!!

Here's a quick picture...I have 2 more that look like the little brown chick on the right (OEGB / Silkie mix) that are not in this picture...

I just got my first chicks and I am having a blast!!! It is so much fun watching them continue to grow! I have 4 silkies that are 3 weeks old today! I love your chickens they are so pretty! I am so glad that you are having fun!
