Thank you, yes he has become quite the handsome boy despite his "special needs".
A chicken bra is to support a pendulous crop which leads to sour crop and possibly impacted crop. So my handsome boy wears a bra.

I had purchased 2 new bras before I tried this idea and while waiting for them to arrive had tried this method. It worked perfectly. A couple weeks ago I decided it was time to change bras. I applied a brand new black bra. The puchased bra is made from ace bandage material for the straps and a couple thicknesses of a nice soft black felt like material sewn in as the chest support.
This morning when I went out to open the coop I noticed Roopecca wasn't crowing, just making soft cluck type noises. Once I was able to see him I saw a thin elastic strand from the ace bandage around his lower beak. I picked him up and tried to remove the bra one handed, gave up, ran, with Roopecca under my arm, inside and into the bedroom to wake hubby up to help me! Poor Roopecca was flustered by all these sights and sounds of strange and scary places! Bern was able to slip the elastic off Mr. Pecca Roo's beak and then untie the bra knots.
So I have to go to work now. When I get home I'm making a new purple vet wrap bra. For less than $4 a roll it's not only a good price, it's a safer product. Vet wrap bras from now on!
Roopecca gets to go braless till I get home. I understand.

Roopeccas only bra is all torn up because he's worn it since February. I ordered 2 more but they make them to order. Its gonna be awhile before they get here. I'm trying my hand at making a quick substitute. I'll let you know how it goes!

I think it has lots of potential, and I remember seeing it. In fact, I was just looking everywhere for that picture of the yellow one. When someone says vetwrap crop bra, that's the image I see.
