Deb, I am so sorry for your pain. I know you are hurting right now, you are pulled in hundreds of directions and you feel you need more time with everyone. But remember he is giving you more time right now. Take that time run with it.
I lost my mom to CHF as well (10 years ago), we didn't have no time, at 6:55 am she was laughing with my sister, sister left for work and with in 15 min she closed her eyes and died. NO time, we had no time to say good bye, she was my connected soul.
My Dad was different we lost him to lung cancer 10 years before Mom, we had a year to say good bye. Hardest part with Dad, it was watching someone you love suffer, you just get to the point that you pray that suffering ends, then ya try to live with it.
