I Need A Buyer!!!!!!!!!!

Hmmm, sounds like you need to ask the grandmothers if they will be willing to take in some of the kids' playthings while you get your house sold. And of course, if the toys are there...the grandkids will come

I was already thinking that! We'll actually be staying at my mother's house while our new house is being built. She has plenty of room for their toys there! Ooooohhhhhh Mommmmmmy!

I took your advice and edited some of the listing. I reworded like you suggested and retook pics of the bedrooms. I'll work on the other rooms soon. I'll have to paint the fireplace bricks before I retake that one and need to get the towels for the bathrooms like you mentioned. My DH is making a counter top for that island in the kitchen so I may wait till that's finished before I take the pic again. I picked up some boxes from the liquor store today and will put some things away. I also remembered that I had bed frames for the kids beds in the basement. Now I can store toys under the bed!!! Wish I thought of that sooner!!!

Thanks for your help! I hope this works!

Take a look at the link again if you don't mind and see how I did with the bedrooms. Thanks!

Storing toys in boxes under the bed is a great idea!

A couple more suggestions? Switch the lamp and flowers in your bedroom, and maybe place an interesting looking book next to the lamp on the table.

Angle the climbing structure so that you can tell what it is from the photo. Kind of like:

Yes
, that's what it says. I can grow plants/veggies/fruit and raise farm animals on it, but there's no law against keeping farm animals on the other half. I was thinking I'd have the agriculture half growing veggies/fruit/flowers and keep farm animals on part of the other half. The restrictions on the AG half is that I can't build a house and live on it. Whatever goes on there would have to be AG.

If it is allowed, you could do some camping spots - either primitive, or if you invest some $, luxury camping is all the rage right now.

Did the kitchen today....even though my DH hasn't installed the counter top. I could retake it again once that's done. I sure do wish that refrigerator was stainless steel like the rest of the appliances. At the time we didn't have a choice. The fridge died when my son was a baby and we didn't have the money to replace so our family pitched in together and bought it for us. The rest of the appliance we replaced a couple of years later. We had plans to redo the rest of the cabinets and buy a different refrigerator, but the plans have changed. Oh well..........

At least the refrigerator is white and not some "dated" color. Also, if you need more storage room under the beds, I put our beds up on blocks and put bedskirts to the floor and comforters on top. Hid LOTS of things under the beds! I admire you for trying to sell the house while your family is in it. My DH retired and moved up to our farm two years before the house sold, so it was just me in the house and I used minimal space for living... only used one bathroom & one bedroom. Cooked a lot in the microwave. I don't think I could have done it with kids, although I did do that years ago. Hats off to you!

I'm considering buying a used stainless steel fridge. It would make the whole kitchen look a million times better! I think a friend of mine had one in her garage that I'll be asking her about.

Just realize...the stainless steel ones ATTRACT fingerprints like magnets attract iron filings. There are some that have a finish that looks like SS, but isn;t, and hides the fingerprints as well as regular frig. finishes.
