Four of my girls are named: Henrietta, Lucy, Ethel, and Marge. Maybe you like one of those?? Hubby told me not to name them, but how could I resist... they are just so cute

I once had an easter egger named Peck.

I also had a chicken named Daisy Mae, she was a Buff Orpington but I think that name is cute for any chicken!

I have ten, but those four have my favorite chicken names! Some of them are still yet to be named, so I'll have to see what others have named theirs to get ideas!!
Henrietta is a blue ameraucana, Lucy is a buff orpington, and Ethel and Marge are light brahmas. Good luck!

i have a RIR named isabelle (daughter named her) and an EE named luvy duvy ( son named her).. well i hope she's a she..i have 9 other (hopefully ) pullets..i've only named one of my dominiques, sleeping beauty, she'd 3 wks and loves to be held on her back and passes out..the others i'm waiting on more personality.

I like to name my pets after characters in books, movies or TV shows that I like. My 3 chicks (first chickens ever) are named Yolanda, Saffron and Bridget. Ten points to whoever knows the reference! It's from one of my favorite TV shows, that only lasted 1 season.

One of my other easter eggers like to roll over on its back and have it`s belly rubbed.

I just got 4 Rhode Island Reds. My 5 youngest children are adopted from China so anything Chinese is near and dear to my heart. My pug is named Hua Mei (China/USA). The chickens are named:

dim sum...to touch your heart

shui Jiao .....dumplings

Kuai zi....chopsticks

wo chi su....I am vegetarian

The chicks are currently living in a brooder in my bedroom. So on and off during the day I have people coming in to sit and watch them. They are our new tv..lol
