These are our first chickens and I feel like they’re all turning into roosters We bought all females (so we thought)

Where did you get them? Most hatcheries have a 90% accuracy or better so I'd be surprised if you ended up with more males. That being said, I don't see hackles or saddle feathers so I'm going to say female.

yeah so I thought too 12 lavender Orpington "Pullets" some combs I'm seeing suggest otherwise

We ordered our Easter eggers from a hatchery and we bought a few from tractor supply. All of the roosters have been from tractor supply

I did notice that our TSC was selling straight run for some of their breeds but it was poorly marked on their sign. There was a tiny "SR" hand written in the corner of the tag. My TSC doesn't seem very knowledgeable about their chicks; I get a lot of "I don't know"s. I could believe that they would sell the male packing peanuts without telling customers...
