I NEED HELP! DUCK HATCHING EMERGENCY

HELP! My mama duck accidently bit the top off of this egg, I don't know if what I see here is normal or what to do. I don't want it to die, please help me.

It was supposed to hatch today so I'm really confused about the partial yolk still there, I've never hatched ducklings before but I've hatched chickens before and this has never happened before...

Welcome to BYC - sorry for the circumstances. Were other ducks adding eggs to the brooding hen's nest ? If so a staggered hatch will occur. Be prepared for the mother to leave the nest before all eggs hatch.
