i need help please

some of my chickens have black on their combs i dont know if it is frostbite or not and there patch of skin on some is wight when it is supposed to be red they are sex link hens and one road island red rooster please help me do i need to be worried i love my chickens soo much i dont want anything bad to happen please help me
 
Frostbite can look whitish or black if it is worse. Usually on combs it tends to be on the tips, and sometimes 1/2 the comb is involved, and sometimes the wattles from drinking water. Put some Neosporin ointment, bag balm, or coconut oil on the combs to help them. Make sure that you have overhead ventilation to let moisture out of the coop.
