I need help with my (possibly concussed) baby chick

Over the Summer, my family always raises baby chicks and gives them to people who live on farms. This year one of the chicks jumped out of my brother's hand and hit her head. There was no blood. She just slept and tried to move but couldn't. my mom and I have been syringe feeding her and she started to become more lively. Her eyes opened more but she is still unwell. I don't know how old she is but she still needs a heat lamp. (by the way she is a buff.)

I am not an expert but I would try some sugar water with electrolytes (Gatorade will do in a pinch) and some NutriDrench if you have it

how's your chick doing now?
did it fall on concrete or grass? give it some raw egg, it will be easy for it to eat.
I was holding my chick and I got distracted for two seconds and the little booger squeezed out of my hand and fell 5 feet but on grass and it was fine after.
