I need help with stuffed peppers, please.

Sounds like a recipe war COOL, I am in, hehe. since this is a chicken forum, try this.

Italian Pepper & Egg Sandwich.

Take some fresh green pepper strips sweat them in butter in the frying pan a bit, beat 3 fresh eggs and add to the pan with the peppers, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and a dash of basil. cook till eggs are done, pile it into a split big chunk of crusty Italian bread. sit in a recliner turn on the TV, smack your lips and roll your eyes, this always works for me, great comfort sandwich.

Made your recipe today - delish! The saurkraut is definately the key. I used sausage instead of ground beef and baked for 30 minutes covered with foil. Next time, I might mix some extra cheddar into the filling. Thanks for sharing!
