Im confused the post above said she has yellow bugs on her.

Get her to eat and drink her regular water and feed........Water is more important to a sick bird.....

She's doing a little better this morning she don't got lice and mites but she still weak and dehydrated

If she is dehydrated, bring her in and encourage her to drink water. Don't worry about food so much, make sure she is hydrated first.
