I guess i read your post wrong. You will be getting 225 Australorps and 155 or so Egg Layers? Is that your plan? What do you do with all of the Australorps if you don't mind me asking?

i am gonna breed and sell chicks, i will have 225 australorps total. and about 100 layers. i mite sell some.

I know that red prodution is a good layer and so are cherry eggsyou can get those from cacklehatchery and if you buy like 100 you get like 4 free ducklings
