So sad to read this. Just went to a funeral yesterday of a lovely 46 year old mother of two who died of liver cancer. Never drank or smoke, just got liver cancer. Her mother is in her 80's and told me she had buried two husbands but nothing compared to the grief and anguish of burying your child. I think losing a parent when we are younger is about the same . . .will keep everyone in my thoughts and prayers.

my heart goes out to you.
My mother also passed of cancer when I was four. I don't remember much but this did affect me through middle school where I suffered through 3 suicide attempts. My sister was only 1 so she never knew her. Be glad of the time you have spent together. It will mean a lot to everyone.
