How do you block a person on BYC???? I’m on an iPhone 8 if that helps any.

You can go to their profile and click ignore

It's not really blocked, but it's as close as we have here.
If somebody is bothering you, you can report them

If someone is bothering you, use the ignore feature, it will hide their posts, and any private conversations they start with you. It's basically the equivalent of blocking. If you think that a post might be against the rules, report it and we'll look into it, but please don't quote the post or respond to it. Thanks.
