I have one! One dark and stormy night... JUST KIDDING!!! One cold and frosty morning I put on my fluffy warm coat and went down to the coop to feed the chickens. Usually whenever the chickens hear me approaching the coop they all run to me and ask for breakfast, but this morning something was different. They ran to me but then freaked out and ran inside. At first I thought it was a hawk. I looked up. No hawk. No predators at all. So I went into the coop. once I stepped in the chickens freaked out again. "That's so weird.." I though. I tried again. same reaction. Then I realized they were afraid of my coat! I had the hood up and apparently with my furry hood and fluffy jacket, the chickens thought I was a bear!!!

This is an every day fail. I have a Cornish cross about 10 or 11 months and she weighs a ton. I picked her up and about dropped her today. So all the chicken love to fly over the fence and she thinks it looks fun. I once saw her run as fast as she can, fly up, bang her head into the fence and fall on the ground. I think even the chickens were laughing.
