(Okay, can we sort out the who owns what kit on The Chat Thread?)

Rainshadow sat and liked her leg. She was scared. Everyone knew she was hurt, but nobody knew who badly she was hurt. Or how scared she was. (Just because I'm writing this doesn't mean you cats know this!!!) She heaved herself up and hobbled over to Applestar. "Applestar, I hope you are happy to know that today we are having two different ceremonies- A warrior ceremony and Dawnkit's apprentice ceremony. Would you make Silvernight Dawnkits mentor? I think she's ready for it."

"That's what I already do!" said Jadeheart. "I'll try harder at it though," she decided. She took even longer strides though. Her legs pumped, stretching far out and in. She ran a farther distance to see if she could pick up more speed. She stopped, gasping only slightly.
"I only was a little faster, but I was faster than I was before I guess. Now how about I learn you on a bird hunt. I bet I can get more than you."

"It's settled then."
Jadeheart ran off in the opposite direction of him. She selected the best spot for birds. It was still day, and so some were still singing. Carefully, she watched as a junco hopped across the clearing. She snuck up silently and neatly pounced atop it, catching and burying the bird. She started on another.
It looked in her direction, and the bush she was hiding behind wasn't enough to hide her. The cardinal called in alarm and flew up into a tree. She would have to sneak up to another unsuspecting part of the forest now.
