Dropspring felt a little sore, but he wanted to get right to warrior duties and start off on the right paw. He hopped to wherever the deputy makes patrols.

Darkkit mimicked a slow, angry badger, growling in an exaggerated way. "Try that again..." he said in mock menace.

(I always imagine the trees by these apartments by friend lives in would be perfect for a group of forest dwelling cats. Meanwhile, my house is a bit like WindClan.)

Softkit growled in her squeaky kitten voice and pounced on her brother, chewing playfully on his ear.

Nightpaw sulked around. It seemed as if most of the other apprentices had gone to the gathering. She sighed.
