I set eggs 2/27/10 ** DUE 3/20th-3/21st** WE"RE HATCHING!!!!

I HAVE 4 BABY CHICKS!!! 2 decided to hatch the 1 hour I was gone this morning taking my daughter to school, and then the 3rd hatched just before I went to pick her up and the 4th waited till we got home so she could see it hatch! I have 4 eggs left not sure they will hatch this is day 20 for me, they don't have any cracks in them yet. The chicks are rolling a couple of the eggs around should I worry about those ones?

The chicks will play soccer with the remaining eggs a little bit, but the activity and the noise will entice the other eggs to hatch. Just let them be.

Sparkelrose , Congrats on the babies! They are going to be beautiful mixes. Some people just mix whatever and some times get really ugly stuff in the end. But you made some good choices!

OMG this is TORTURE! I came home to one egg in the incubator with the start of a pip and for 4 hours now I see it push the shell out, then it goes back, then nothing, then out, then back, then nothing. I see four other eggs with slight cracks in them, but haven't seen any movement for hours. I really should NOT be drinking coffee because I'll never get to sleep tonight!

BUT..Look what was waiting for me under the broody hen!
