squirrels are terrifying! i don’t blame them one bit!By the way, mine send alarms about squirrels on occasion, and often about crows when they mean hawks.
It usually sends a couple of them scurrying for cover before they realize it was false.
ok, so, besides building a polytunnel cage, i have been building my new greenhouse (not the easiest thing i have ever built

we have soooo many crows, they aren’t phased.

they like bread too! lol! no matter how stale. they will dunk it in the birdbath like tea and biscuits to soften it up enough to eatOh I love that picture.
Mine pay close attention to the crows because the crows pay close attention to the hawks. The crows are great at seeing off the hawks so I give them peanuts as a thank you.
Love the dunking! Crows are very smart creatures.they like bread too! lol! no matter how stale. they will dunk it in the birdbath like tea and biscuits to soften it up enough to eat
do you ever get presents from them? i have gotten a couple. i was giving them my bread too until the chickens became my responsibility and i didn’t think it’d be responsible of me to let them gorge themselves on bread. the crows are pretty annoyed about this.
i’ve never seen a hawk around here. wonder why! lol!
