well, first of all, i must compliment you on your english. i think you do great! i am unteachable in learning other languages besides a few phrases or words, but i really admire people who can learn and USE more than one! i think it's brave, too.

if somebody is on a kick it means they are doing it a lot. so i guess like fanatic. like if you're eating pizza every day for a week, you're on a pizza kick.

i don't know what a narcissistic hooverer would be like, unless he bragged to everyone what a great hooverer he was. or maybe gaslights the hoover?

but yeah. he just sort of decides he's gonna hoover and jumps up and does it. very aggressively. whether it's needed or not
