I’m a coffee person, too. But now I might have to try borage. I grew chamomile to try in tea, but haven’t yet. Gonna have to get a little crazy this year and make some tea lolno. not really.
i tasted the flowers just to see what it was like and it's sort of cucumberyish.
i planted it one year for the bees i think. it drops its seeds and grows all around. so they are back every year. it gets a little unruly, but the bees really love it. i just pull out the little plants where i don't want them to grow.
i remember using the flowers to decorate a cheese board for some dinner i had or something. it looked pretty on the board.

If someone wanted to plant it in an ornamental (for looks) border, you’d want to plant it toward the middle or back.

Edit to add: almost forgot, it either comes back from seed or from roots, because it keeps reappearing in the same spot.

Both leaves and flowers are edible. Use in salads or as garnish. You can also cook it like spinach.have you used any of it for any food or drink purposes?
