I think I have a roo

I buy sexed chicks. No roosters allowed in my city. I think I heard this one crow. It's 18 weeks old and a Barnevelder. Can anyone let me know if it looks like a roo?

I had an Orpington pullet who crowed a few times. Since she started laying she stopped. Your bird certainly looks like a pullet. Barnevelder roosters look quite different to the hens.
