I think I killed my chicks...

71% and it’s been steady above 65% since lockdown - and mostly above 70%
Open the zipped egg up. If it's been that long it's most likely weak and exausted. Possibly dead. To help it, very gently take off the place it has already unzipped, be careful of rupturing a blood vessel. If the chick is gonna survive, it needs to get out of the egg now.
Can you still hear it chirping?

No, I haven’t heard that one chirping or have seen movement since around midnight

Once a chick starts a full zip, it shouldn't take more than about an hour to fully zip out. Some take longer, and as long as they continue activity, that is fine. But if one stops after actually starting a full zip, it needs help. If they pause for more than 15-20 minutes, I go in. Remember, I mean an actual zip started. Not just a pip.

And FYI, if they break the shell, the membrane IS pierced. Although it may not look like it sometimes, the membrane is broken.

Well this one is resting now but it seemed to have made a hole in the membrane - let it go, right? Lockdown anxiety is real. Sorry guys, I know you all have important stuff to do and here I am, staring at eggs with my heart in my stomach.

Oh that’s a relief bc I felt like poking a needle hole in it. It may have been a weak chick - I could barely hear it’s chirp the entire time, oddly shaped and small egg... may not have been me so much as not meant to be.
