I've had quail for a while but always bought chicks! Today is day 16 on my very first eggs I have ever hatched. I am so excited and nervous!! I actually think I see the first pip! But I honestly have no idea what I'm doing! I sure hope I did everything right!

:welcome Welcome if not pipped yet shouldn't be long GOOD LUCK. :thumbsup

Good luck! Make sure to bump your humidity up to 60% or so if you haven't done so already. We look forward to chick pics!
Ok now 74.... It's been vented the whole time and was super steady til I turned it up. I'm so scared they are going to drown now uhg

Silly me my incubator can with this weird bulb thing. I was able to suck some water out! Think that would help? Or should I still crack lid?

I would crack the lid to see if that brings it down to where it should be. If it goes back up too high, then I would suck water out. Remember that it's surface area that affects the humidity, not depth.

I did get it down! And first chick popped out right on time! This has been amazing!
