Is she laying?
Is she pooping?
If she is pooping, does her poop look normal?
Is she eating/drinking?

The first thing you want to do is isolate her in a warm, dim place. Puffing up like that is a sure sign that she's not feeling well, but without more information, it's not easy to come up with possible causes.

she hasnt laid in a long time (its winter)
i believe she is pooping but i use a dirt flooring so im not able to tell.
i only have 2, wouldnt it make her more stressed to seperste them?

She needs to be kept warm. Seeing what she's eating, drinking, and pooping will make a big difference in our being able to help. If you don't want to separate them, you will want to make sure that she has access to a warm, dim place. When she's sick, making sure she's warm will give her body one less stress, and the dim light will help her relax.

Since we don't know what's wrong, you may want to start with some Nutri-Drench (or other emergency liquid food) and see if she'll eat some boiled, crushed egg yolk. These will help give her strength to fight off whatever is going on.
