And an instruction guide with recipes.

Please note that if you make whole wheat bread you can't make so many at once. I only do 2 at a time with Bruno, but I'm sure I could do more. I just need to buy more loaf pans

If you are going to get one, and price isn't an issue, find a deal on the pro600. It's a beast. Even if you don't bake a ton of bread now, you may decide to in the future and it would be good to have the bigger machine to handle it.

I paid $399 for mine.

I even let DH use it once this week, but I watched him like a hawk the whole time. Poor guy.

i used mine last night! i LOVE it! we made Gumps bread and cinni buns and wheat bread also.....tonight we're making pizza dough and maybe doughnuts for snack...

Get a professional model, in 5 or 6 qt, not the Artisan model (even though they come in so many pretty colors). I did a bunch of research before x-mas time and found out that the non-professional models have plastic gears (not good if you are kneading of bread!!!!) If you are only going to make cookies and similar items once and awhile, the artisan is probably fine.

I waited and waited, and the week before Xmas I scored an AWESOME deal. Using slickdeals.net, I got a new 6 qt professional for $150 ($200 out of pocket, there was a $50 send it rebate from kitchenaid) from splendas website, using a lot of coupon codes and instant and send in rebates. I have to tell you though, the website sold out after 10 minutes of it being posted on slickdeals. Now I have my dream machine

We are remodeling our kitchen so I haven't been able to use it much yet, though.
