Do what makes you comfortable, it's all about enjoying your eggs.  But keep in mind that the reason grocery stores refrigerate their eggs is because they've had thier protective layer removed, and are in process of rotting (this is why store eggs are runnier than fresh eggs.  They're decomposing).
 
So the moral is:  if your stomach has survived store-bought eggs, there's nothing your chickens can do to faze it with healthy bloom-protected fresh eggs that humans have enjoyed for centuries.  Just keep your coop clean, and your eggs will be pristine (wow, I need to make that into a motto, it rhymes!). 
 
The egg industry has FAR more disgusting and disease-ridden conditions than your coop, of course they have to use bleach.  Society just accepts it as the norm now *shiver*.
