I want to hatch more eggs...what's wrong with me?

I have 2 more trays ready, if anything happens and i need to move the eggs over to a new one.

OMG... I'm soooo in trouble. I Just hatched out Silkies and Showgirls a few days ago

My DH thinks that all the eggs still left in the bator are for my friends.....

Well, there's only about 5.5 dozen in there right now. And they are all MINE, except about a dozen

Please say a prayer, he's going to disown me

I AM, however not going to hatch any more after this batch is done! I'm shutting it down til spring! Really....I am!!!

A double dog dare? Oh man, I did start a new thread about "Excuses for Hubby" No responses yet. I think tho, that I would love to hear about excuses that they have gotten from their wives about mysterious chicks appearing

That is, if anyone fesses up about creatively bending the truth about chicks.....

Me too! I had a rock solid argument all worked out & my husband STILL rolled his eyes.

Anyhow- I'm sorry that I cant be of more help. There was another thread by another New Englander that reassured me that I CAN get the babies incorporated into the big coop, even in winter, and my resolve to not hatch until spring went completely out the window... so I just finished my new homemade bator and am waiting for the temp to even out so I can put my shipped eggs in there (before my husband comes home for the weekend!)

The whole process, from building the 'bator to watching them hatch is just SO much fun!!!
