I want to hatch more eggs...what's wrong with me?

Quote:
Let's think about this.... the year is up December 31st. So if you put in another hatch ... say... Next Monday, you're hatch date would be Nov. 21st. But then if you waited a couple weeks and put in another batch on Dec. 12th, they wouldn't hatch until January 2nd and then that would be NEXT year.

So "technically" your last hatch would have been this one your getting ready for.

(Just workin' for you.)

I'm getting dizzy just thinking about it...I'm also hoping Santa will bring me a Brisnea. Octagon 20 Advance... Then watchout! Of course, if I do get it, I 'll want to try it out right away.........

Oooooo. Is there an enabling Santa in your family? I must google that contraption immediately.

Yikes! I can't afford that contraption just yet. I'll have to sell some more eggs first.

My grandpa has an old stand up incubator that holds 300 eggs. I'm going to get that puppy burning here real soon.

I wish I had an enabling Santa in my family. Currently I am using a hovabator that i've had for about thirteen years. Still works fine and it has a full window....just dreaming.

I hear ya. I'm using my Grandpa's old Little Giant he got for smaller hatches right now.

Gotta love that styrofoam. But it's getting the job done I guess.

but he's out. 8) i had to rearrange eggs slightly, he was bowling with em. lol

i used a cookie crate (like oreos come in), put paper towel over it and wetted it, to get the towels to get the right shape, then put in the hatcher (brings up humidity quick, and once they dry they hold shape too!)... so now one row is for the chickie (for now) and the eggs are in the other 2.

here's a current screenshot.
