All a PA Certified and Licensed Poultry Technician is is someone who can come to your home and take blood from your birds, send it in to the lab.

I meant no offense with my comment about being LPT. Wish I had that kind of training.
I'm inclined to think that shaking / scrambling the egg would be most effective. I would have concern about either heating or freezing as it could greatly reduce the shelf life of the egg by partially cooking it or by possibly opening frost cracks in the shell. I wonder if you could only distribute the extra eggs to people you could trust not to incubate them.
