Several years ago I bought some Nads, off tv. DH would wax my bikini area. Never again.

LOL what kind did you use? Sugar wax never hurts for me unless the area is already sore. I also use Nads (small green box with the strips already waxed) hurts a tiny bit more but is easy, just stick it on rub down hard and RIP

I used to get my arm pits waxed all the time! It hurt like mother the first time, but for some reason (i think the appeal of not shaving) I went back, and used to do it regularly until I moved out and couldn"t afford it, lol.

Do you do them yourself? I'm not sure I could do that.. I can have someone else do it though, no problem.. I've always wanted to do my legs, but I think they were hurt..

I found this amazing and horrifying little machine at walmart a few years ago, and somehow I still have it, and I still use it... I think it's called an epilator.. It's like satan invented this thing for the poor unsuspecting.. It looks kind of like a regular electric shaver, BUT the rotating head doesn't shave..... It "tweezes"............ And it hurts.

I can usually get my pits done without too many problems using this thing... However I once did the nether-region... Four beers in thirty minutes and then continued on to finish the job... That was awful... Awful... Awful..

EpiLady... my mom got one of those when we were kids... we chased each other around the house with it... that thing is evil on arm hair... basically a vibrating spring that just RIPS 'em out. Outta be in the same class as an iron maiden as far as I'm concerned.

I had my arm all contorted, trying to keep the skin taut, and practically broke my dang neck trying to SEE if I was missing any... eventually I just gave up. Next time I'm going to drive an hour and pay the $22 to have someone else do it for me... if I lose my mind and forget how much it HURTS!!!

And I teared up laughing reading about y'alls waxing misadventures, the laughing kind of crying, vs. the kind I was doing before...

well i tried to wax my legs, but there's so much LEG, and it hurt! So i figured I'd do my armpits, smaller surface area right? Over in a minute, right? WRONG. and I think i pulled a muscle in my neck trying to stare into my armpit. I am totally stupid. how on earth do people wax other things? I knew a guy who used to wax everything.. and I mean EVERYTHING... I can't even imagine.

What the heck were you thinking!? Your armpits are like the second most sensitive area! Good thing you didn't get "creative".
