Please bear with me as I'm new to ALL of this... but I'm trying to figure out if this young chicken is a boy or a girl, and what sort it may be.

It looks like a B.B.Red Game Hen. It could also be a jungle fowl hen as well. I have bantam B.B.Reds and my hens are miniature versions of her.
