if you cant see ill explain it. At first the chicken had a bloody l looking thing. thinking it was poop i took a wet paper towel and tried to get it off. It wouldnt coming off so i pulled it eventually it come loose but as i pulled a string came with it. I thought it might come off some more but found out it came from inside the anal and was still attached so my question is what is bloody black and red and comes out of a chicks anal attached still by the way chick is two days old

Most likely it's digestive tract. I recommend that you cull the chick. It's best not to try to remove pasty butt or pull anything for a few days. The umbilical cord is located in the same area and sometimes difficult to differentiate...what's left of the umbilical cord will wither away or drop off within a few days. Sorry you had this bad experience.

I edited my post, but it's been my experience that chicks with that die in the first week from infection.
