I just don't understand why someone would think they've got the right to tell someone else what they can and cannot do in their own home... telling SOUTH Korea that they cannot 'do exercises' with the US on their own soil just seems like my neighbor trying to tell me my kids can't play tag (quietly) in our front yard. WTHeart does that have to do with you? It's not your grass being stepped on? It's not your child who might trip? You aren't the one paying for the sneakers that get worn. So what's your problem? Afraid they'll be able to run away quickly should you try and attack them and you'd rather they were slow? Ahhh yes that's precisely it. You want your neighbor weak and unprepared should a predator (you) decide to attack. If you had no intention of attacking then their readiness wouldn't bother you at all. Thus it's pretty obvious (to me at least) what your motives are.
