We haven't been in a few years. I really would like to try to find a lama. I've always wanted one and hubby said once I got rid of three horses, I could get one! I heard one year they had pet skunks they were selling. It's just fun to go and see what everyone has!
 
Well maybe well have to make a day out of it! Sounds fun....and I could always use a few extra critters!

Heres a long shot....anybody around here need a 17 wee old silver lace Cochin rooster, or 10 week old EE or salmon favorelles roos??? ive got em lol

Clay County Fair begins this weekend. Poultry show is Sunday. It is the only District 4-h show in the State of Iowa. It is a time commitment however to bring birds this far and show then have to come back and get them. However this year the rules have changed, anyone with a good reason such as distance, is able to take their birds home after the show. I guess this should be remembered for next year if you have kids and want to do more 4-H poultry showing.
