I would be wonderfully pleased with one rooster and the rest (including the cochins) pullets. Mike and I were talking about culling the majority of the flock in early spring. The Iowa Blues would stay and be seperate and then have the marans/olive eggers plus a couple of cochin broodies.

Ugg. It's been a rough start to the morning. I was sitting at a stop sign on my way to work and a semi cut the corner too close and ran over the hood of my car. I'm fine, but my old Honda is toast. I think I'm going back to bed.
