Hmm, I think one of those pix was put in there to see if we were paying attention! What a great picture! Love the look on your face.

One of those oddballs gives me an idea of what Whitey and the Pyncheon's babies would look like.

No Kari;

Not all of them, they are all different. If you notice in one pic there is a black chick. He died after a few days. But these birds have been mixed bred for years and years. You never know whats gonna pop up!

Troy;
We are working out the details for a jaunt over there. Lora, would like to go to Mason City, to Kohls, so might go Friday night, stay and see you guys sat., afternoon. Will that work?
I will bring a pet taxi to put the birds in, if you can have them rounded up or are they easy to catch?

FYI... that pic of the little boy is me!

I was 2 1/2 yrs. old. I won't say what year it was but, yes, they did have color film. That was my grandpas favorite picture of me. A hint... Pres. Kennedy was assassinated the yr. before.

Lookie there - you even liked hats back then! Funny picture in a cute way. The expression is priceless. I like the white roo with the mohawk. He looks a bit underfed though...

My chicks from the hatheries arrived yesterday - Rhode Island Whites, ISA Browns and a mix from Sandhill Preservation. I've also hatched two batches of my own (RIR's, EE's and Ameracaunas) and have both incubators full again. I've got 140 chicks right now.

Luckily I have a HUGE brooder to put them under - it's 6' x 4'. I made new curtains for it out of old jeans and we modified it alittle bit by putting heat lamps on each end and it works great.

The Great Pyrenees puppies are 5 weeks old and are on the go. I'm down to 2 females and 1 male left.
