Mary you have lots of hand holders here !! We are almost as excited as you are I think. All of us hoping for 3 Sheila Emus.

That is a very nice incubator ! I'll be checking your hatching blog for sure !

On a local note, its 35 here this morn and the eves are dripping, rain and snow forcast today and rain tomorrow, which we need, I have 30" in some places and 2' in all of the rest ! Next week the studded snow tires go on, have 500lbs now in the back of the van, needs to be.

Life is good, and better with Icelandic Chickens and Pack Goats. !

Winds 45-50 sustained & gusts to 80 !!!!!!!!!.............TONS of rain, sideways.
Blew stuff all over..no sleep....

But never lost power, incubators, coops & we are all OK.
Should have hit Oregon & maybe NorCal, too....

Gotta drive to Olympia for an MRI on the knee.
Will see what is going on with it and if it looks relatively OK, maybe will take the Icees to display at the poultry show after all.

I have to get a poster board, & see if I can write all the heritage down about them...hard to do being buggered up I cannot sit or stand too long.

Kathy that is a riot ! And in good weather I am often about in shorts and moccasins, I can see it happening, except that if mine were on the road it would be a county gravel road and I cant see anyone complaining. Love his comments !!

CL thanks for the heads up, I will be watching for it, todays forcast is rain and snow and tomorrow rain, can do without the deep snow, got enough . Its 37 here already and the eaves are dripping nicely.
