Good luck to you, Mahonri and Mary with your hatches. (and other Mary too, cuz we know she'll cave and let Java girl sit

Weather here is super funky - hasn't been like winter at all yet. And my fruit trees are blossoming.

Great, another crummy fruit year.

My babies are doing great, growing fast. I took away the 100 watt bulb last night, so they are just under the Eco Glow now. They just love that thing. Can't wait to see the savings on the power bill too.

Temps are forecast above average the next few days but then should be back to the normal 30-35 daytime and 20 nightime. Good thing February only has 29 days so the girls only have a short month left to wait!! Tomorrow Mahonri will start the Easter Hatchalong Thread!

Here's my Icelandic photo from yesterday to make everyone chuckle.. I'm pretty sure this is from my little pullet who was injured as she was camped out on top of the nest boxes earlier.

Oh gosh the pictures are cracking me up!

I re-homed two of my goats day before yesterday so I decided to clean the goat shelter yesterday. I found forty (40) rotten eggs hidden in straw, buried in the alfalfa dust at the bottom of the goat feeder, and inside of cement blocks! I know understand how the guys feel who strip the landmine fields.

I was praying while making my way to the trash.
