Mary I am terribly sorry, its like family were killed, family of my guys here .

My first suspician, and always is, raccoon, just because they are usually first.

You would be proud of your little guys here, they are coloring up beautifully, changing almost hourly.

I have one little one in isolation, it was the smallest and getting pushed around too much so now it(I think she) has its own quarters.

I sure hope your camera says who the culprit is. If coons they will be back.

Michelle that is one great looking roo. I really like the mottled genes, I have several that I am watching, better every day.

Isison did his first(that I heard) crowing today, and then got promptly chased by Blau. Blau IS the main guy here and he isnt letting any upstart infringe . Wait til the other two start crowing

I'm so sorry, Mary! I hate this. Your experience is why I could never use one of those things, not after hearing about your losses. I know I'd have to go down every night to check and be sure it had worked so might as well close the door myself. I hope you find out what your predator is, sweetie.

...but, right now, you need to focus on catching whatever did it and making sure your hatchlings are okay. A predator that has been successful will return and I know you'll be ready!!

I am thinking it was a raccoon but for there to be nothing but feathers it doesn't sound right. One of my girls was wearing a saddle and it is gone too!

Here she is, sweet thing. Her poor back was bare from the young roos.

One of these girls is gone but I am not sure which one.

My Lukka look-a-like is gone.

Lukka's baby CaraCara is gone.

I haven't figured out who the other missing girls are because I had several that were very similar. It is so hard to see them so alive in these pictures and they are just gone.
