Icelandic Chickens

this is my 2nd generation Icelandic chicken, I had 4 eggs under a broody cochin, and she ate them! I managed to save this one, and had to buy 2 americaunas the same age so *she* (hopefully) wouldn't be alone...

I had a cochin do that with some Wellie eggs last year. She ended up broody for 4 mos. But I wasn't gonna give her any more eggs.
